This policy applies to all orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping On All Orders Over £100 within the United Kingdom

Shipping charges may also be charged for international orders as this also covers customs/duty fees to avoid any hassle.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

All orders are shipped using a secure, fully tracked delivery service. 

Orders placed before 2PM (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and UK public holidays, are processed the next working day. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Next day delivery is available within the UK on any item with a 🚀 (ordered by 2PM, Mon–Fri). All other items will arrive within 6–9 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays) after items have been authenticated.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Signed). Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Worldwide Shipping:

We ship to selected countries worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination. Delivery usually takes (7-12 days). Items labelled with ‘🚀’ takes up to (3-5 Days) to be delivered!

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please get in touch with customer service with the next steps.
